Delivery Information

Can I select my delivery date?

Yes, at checkout you’ll be able to select your prefered delivery date (Mon to Fri). Please note if a date is unavailable on the dater picker that means we’re sold out for that day or not delivering e.g. public holiday.

What days do you deliver?

We normally deliver Mon to Fri, and occasionally deliver Saturdays & Sundays depending on staff availability. If we are delivering on a particular Saturday or Sunday a notice is published at the top of our website indicating so.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is $10 to any Melbourne suburb. Specific time delivery options are available at an extra cost – see below:

Anytime Delivery – $10. Your order will arrive at some time between 9.00am and 5:00pm.
VIP Delivery (between 8am and 4.30pm) – $30

How much notice do you need?

If you order before 5pm you can select next day delivery (or future date) at check out. Sometimes we may accept orders after 2pm for next day – if so, this will be indicated via a notice published at the top of our website.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Standard minimum order for delivery is $60 (some regional Melbourne suburbs have a higher minimum).

On especially busy days min. order may be higher to cover staff overtime / penalty rates. These dates are:

Valentine’s day / weekend
Easter long weekend
Mother’s day weekend
Father’s day weekend
Christmas eve
Christmas day
Boxing day
Any other similar holiday / cultural celebration dates

Do you offer same day delivery?

No.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Yes. See below for details:

Anytime Delivery (Anywhere in Melbourne) – $10. Your order will arrive at some time between 8.00am and 4.30pm.
VIP Delivery – (At the checkout select a specific time-slot between 9am and 5:00pm) – $30

Can I track my order?

You’ll receive an SMS notification when the driver is en route to your location, providing you with a 15 to 90-minute ETA for the driver’s arrival. This way, you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We occasionally deliver on weekends depending on staff availability. If we are delivering on particular weekend a notice is published at the top of our website indicating so. As a side note, if you’re planning ahead for a weekend event, you can have your order delivered on Friday and keep it refrigerated. Our products are perfectly fine to store refrigerated for up to 5 days.

What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?

If there is no one to accept a delivery, the driver will call the contact number registered with the order for instructions. If contact can’t be made, the order will likely be returned to our kitchen.

Please note that our drivers usually cannot wait more than 10 mins at a delivery destination.

We offer redelivery of an order for $30, organised by customer service for orders that couldn’t be delivered first time.

Where do you delivery to?

We deliver to most suburbs of Metropolitan Melbourne.

Do you deliver in Sydney?

If you’re based in Sydney, our distributor in Sydney is Looma’s Cakes. They produce & stock all our products and deliver to all suburbs in Sydney Metro.
